"Hotel Review: FabHotel Merriment Alpha, Noida Stay Duration: 2 days Purpose: Official visit Budget: ₹1000/night This was my first visit to Delhi, and I was looking for a decent, budget-friendly hotel. Unfortunately, most budget hotels had poor reviews, so I slightly increased my budget hoping for better service and safety. Despite reading some negative reviews about FabHotel Merriment Alpha, I decided to give it a try based on the photos shared by FabHotel’s customer service. However, after staying here, I do not recommend this hotel due to the issues I experienced. Pros 1. Spacious Room: The room was large, clean, and the bed was comfortable—suitable for 2–3 people. 2. Good Location: Located on Maharaja Agrasen Road, with easy access to transportation and Sector 18 Metro. 3. Peaceful Stay: No disturbances, smooth check-in and check-out process. TV with DishTV Next setup box and AC available. 4. Rooftop View: The rooftop offers a nice view of the city skyline. Cons 1. No Internet Access: The room I was provided (Room No. 204) had no working WiFi. Jio 5G network barely worked inside the room. Despite multiple complaints, no action was taken. I had to manage without internet access throughout my stay. 2. Old & Ineffective AC: The air conditioner was outdated and didn’t cool the room properly. This was a major issue in the peak summer heat. 3. Plumbing Issues: The bathroom tap was not working properly. 4. Cleanliness Concerns: Pillow covers were not clean and seemed unwashed. 5. Misleading Breakfast Information: They claimed breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast service. The in-house kitchen served poor quality food at unreasonably high prices. Example: 5 small puris with aloo curry cost ₹140! Better to order from outside. 6. Hotel Visibility & Exterior: The hotel has no proper nameplate or signage, making it hard for delivery agents or visitors to find. You often need to go outside to receive your food. 7. Waterlogging Issue: During rainfall, the area right outside the main gate gets clogged with water, making entry/exit inconvenient. Final Thoughts The hotel has potential, thanks to its spacious rooms and location. But the management seriously needs to fix the basic amenities like WiFi, AC, plumbing, cleanliness, and food quality. Until then, I recommend checking the room in person before booking or considering other options. Thank you, and I hope this review helps future travelers make an informed choice."

"Hotel Name: Merriment City (Booked via Fab Hotels) Rating: 1/5 Worst hotel experience ever! Booked with breakfast: Didn't get any. No explanation or compensation. No Wi-Fi, no mobile network—completely disconnected. Room full of flies, washroom was unclean and unhygienic. No working kitchen—not even tea or basic food available. Staff was unhelpful, and the place looked poorly maintained. I booked this place through the Fab Hotels app, expecting basic standards, but it was a total letdown. Avoid at all costs."

"Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Fab Hotels Is a Complete Scam This was my second time booking with Fab Hotels, and I honestly can't believe how bad things have gotten. I gave them a second chance hoping for better service, but it was a massive mistake. This is hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. No Hotel Signage: The hotel didn’t even have a proper nameplate, banner, or board. I had to double-check multiple times to even confirm I was at the right place. It looked more like an abandoned building than a functioning hotel. Disgusting Rooms: The lifts were out of order. The rooms were filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bedsheets were full of dust, the mattress was so hard it felt like sleeping directly on wooden planks, and there was a constant damp, rotten smell from water leakage. Broken Bathrooms: The bathroom was a nightmare—no proper running water, the taps barely worked, the jet spray had zero pressure, and the towels looked like dirty rags or used mops. Showers didn’t work either. It was outright disgusting. AC Almost Dead: The air conditioning was a joke. It took almost an hour to start cooling, and even then, barely did anything. In this heat, that’s unacceptable. Pathetic Food: No breakfast in the morning as promised. The dinner they did serve was a tasteless, watery thali with half-cooked rice. I wouldn’t feed that food to anyone, let alone serve it in a hotel. Wi-Fi That Doesn’t Work: Don’t even bother connecting to the Wi-Fi. The signal was so weak I couldn’t even open Google. Totally useless. I’ve never felt this cheated by a hotel chain. Twice I trusted Fab Hotels, and twice I was disgusted. Shame on you for running a business like this. Even if you offered me a free stay at a 3-star hotel, I wouldn’t take it. You’ve lost all trust. To anyone reading this—stay far away from Fab Hotels. It’s a complete waste of money, time, and energy. I am very much amazed to see the same review is giving my one of the customer onkar 8 month ago in between 6 more user given the same review. Fab hotel and owner both are just apologizing no improvement. See the dedication and efficiency of owner and fab hotel and how that apologize is meant for them . My apologies I chose fab hotel"

"The bathrooms were horrible. Shower and taps were not working and old. The breakfast they provided was the words that only consisted sandwich. No other options were provided. Bedsheets were torn and uncleaned. There were hairs on the bed. The spring inside the beds were pointy and was stabbing me throughout my stay."
